1. Agency Relationship

Isaac Goes Cruising is an independent travel agent affiliated with WorldVia Travel Network. We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). 2. Use of This Website

• Content on this website — including offers, pricing examples, and cruise line guides — is provided for general information and is subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice.
• Displayed offers do not constitute a binding quote; all pricing is confirmed at the time of booking with the supplier.
• Submitting a quote request does not create a booking or any obligation on your part.
• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access private client links that were not issued to you, or interfere with its operation.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the supplier.
• A deposit is required to confirm most bookings. Amounts and due dates vary by supplier.
• Payment card information is collected through WorldVia Travel Network’s secure payment system or by phone — never through this website. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• Final payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation. Late payment may result in cancellation.
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change until full payment is received.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

• Cancellation and modification policies vary by supplier and will be detailed in your booking confirmation.
• Many bookings are non-refundable or carry penalties after a certain date.
• Changes to confirmed bookings may incur fees from both the supplier and Isaac Goes Cruising.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, interruption, medical, and evacuation coverage. If you decline insurance, we may ask you to sign a written waiver. Isaac Goes Cruising is not liable for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring all travelers hold valid passports and required visas for their itinerary.
• Passports must typically be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
• You are responsible for checking health requirements, vaccinations, and entry requirements for all destinations.
• You are responsible for providing accurate traveler information (names must match government-issued ID) and for arriving at departure points on time.

7. Pricing & Errors

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, pricing errors can occur on this website and in supplier systems. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before processing payment if a discrepancy is found.

8. Third-Party Content & Links

This website may link to or describe products of cruise lines and other third parties. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their services are governed by their own terms and contracts of carriage. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites.

9. Limitation of Liability

Isaac Goes Cruising’s liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total commissions received by us for that booking. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any loss or additional costs incurred as a result of events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, war, strikes, or supplier insolvency.

11. Complaints

Any complaints about travel services must be directed to the relevant supplier in the first instance. Please also notify us and we will do our best to assist.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of this website shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
